What is a walkline?
An imaginary line representing a typical path taken on winding or zigzag stairs, used to ensure a uniform step size for safety and regulatory compliance. It is usually located about 12 inches from the inner side of the turn, measured along concentric circles that represent the accepted user path. Used in stair dimensioning, especially in evacuation planning.
Spiral staircases made of high-strength steel, easy and quick to assemble.
From one of the leading staircase manufacturers in Europe.
